With a mixture of cameras (Leica M6 and Fujifilm XT1) and unexpected free time, the best camera is the one you have with you. Here are some images from one morning and one afternoon shopping trip to the village centre of Lagos. Which is in the Algarve region of Portugal. This is a microcosm of local inhabitants, ex-pat inhabitants and, at this time of year, tourists. The beaches are great but the water... WoW! It was around 40 degrees outside and the sea was freezing! It is the Atlantic ocean which never really heats up. The streets are a lovely mix of local architecture with light and shadow sculpting the streets.
